About the event
This WAASP community initiative is aimed at supporting the attendance of amputees in the local WA community and allied health professionals who are passionate about improving the lives of amputees in WA in upcoming events and education seminars in 2024. Western Australia Amputee Sports Program (WAASP) is a not-for-profit charity that has emerged to inspire and support the amputee community. WAASP has been designed for amputees to have a great time taking part in sporting opportunities, learn new skills from both able-bodied and Paralympic athletes, as well as connecting with other amputees and their families and identify future athletic pathways.
